Area Manager
SureCare’s Area Managers support our Franchisees in every area of their business - and in many ways – to make sure they feel supported and empowered at every stage.
We make regular business visits to Franchisees (following up with detailed reports) and host regional meetings, to encourage a free exchange of ideas and generate a local SureCare network.
We keep in touch via email, when it’s necessary to supply written information, and by phone calls and texts when it’s preferable to have some sort of conversation.
We’re also responsible for auditing individual businesses and for keeping Franchisees informed of changes to regulations, legislation and contractual obligations.
