Guidance

We provide guidance – at start-up and then throughout the life of your SureCare franchise – on running a successful domiciliary care business. This responsibility rests between the Franchise Models and the SureCare Area Managers, who keep in close contact with each Franchisee and are there to offer advice on every aspect of running the business.

They’ll be available to offer guidance on a full range of subjects, including;

• Setting up a SureCare office. What needs to be in public view?
• Employment issues. How do I recruit staff and what do I pay them?
• Marketing and advertising. How do I get my business noticed?
• Handling clients. How do I create a charge rate?
