- Expert employment lawyers – unlike the providers of many employment law services, we do not employ consultants or other non-legally qualified staff to advise you. Your HiggsHR team will comprise only expert employment lawyers.
- Sector experience – Your HiggsHR team has extensive advisory experience and a track record of advising domiciliary care and other healthcare organisations. We understand the issues you face.
- Unlimited access – we place no restrictions on how often you can contact us. This encourages you to work with us when you need to, without worrying about additional cost and unexpected invoices.
- Tailored advice – we don’t just tell you what the law is. We tailor our advice to the particular circumstances facing your franchise. This helps you to achieve your business goals.
- Costs certainty – we provide a comprehensive employment law service to new franchisees for a fixed annual retainer payment fee of £2,655 plus VAT, paid on a monthly basis, including the initial three months free of charge. This fee also includes providing suitable contracts of employment for you to issue to staff.
In addition, HiggsHR helps you keep up to date with this fast moving area. We provide regular email updates on changes in employment law and also give you access to our Annual Update Seminar for all subscribers.
