   Full details of your address, medical history, and personal contacts are displayed on screen.
2. The Alarm Monitoring Personnel will open
   the ‘Hands Free’ speech link system and communicate with you anywhere in your
   house. Should you for any reason be unable
   to reply, your first personal contact is automatically alerted.
3. If there is no reply, your second personal contact is automatically alerted.
4. If there is still no reply, then your third personal contact is alerted.
5. In the unlikely event of no reply from all three personal contacts, your call is put through to the appropriate emergency service
