Our Leadership Team

SureCare Ayrshire is led by Aniefiok Okpala and Uchechukwu Moses Okpala.

About Aniefiok and Moses

With a growing ageing population and rising demands for care services at home, Aniefiok and Moses established SureCare Ayrshire to provide support and assistance to people across the region. Operating from their base in Kilmarnock, the duo will lead a dedicated team of care workers all over Ayrshire, who will deliver quality care services to those who require our help the most.

Moses comes to SureCare Ayrshire after over 20 years of experience within the financial sector. His background includes a management position in the insurance industry, as well as working as a financial investigation analyst for many big banks and financial institutions in the UK. Alongside a keen focus on risk management, he has developed a strong sense of what it takes to manage a successful business.

Aniefiok has spent much of her career working in the care sector and brings a lot of hands-on experience and knowledge to the business. As a support worker, she has seen the ups and downs of the profession but hasn’t always been in a position to make the key decisions to improve client support. By taking a leading role at SureCare Ayrshire, she aims to bring a range of compassionate, empathetic and respectful services to people throughout the region.

Whilst she is one of the business operators, Aniefiok additionally takes on the role of Branch Manager at SureCare Ayrshire. Before joining the care sector, she gained considerable management experience in another role and also holds a Master’s degree in Educational Studies. This sits alongside Aniefiok’s other qualifications – which include a HNC in Social Care and NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Business Administration – making her ideally placed to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business and care team.

Together, both Aniefiok and Moses aim to facilitate strategic management decisions and exceed expectations for their business. With a team of highly trained care workers by their side, they are determined to see SureCare Ayrshire provide effective and compassionate support that will enable people to retain their independence at home for as long as possible.
