SureCare providers receive top home care award once again!

It’s joy and smiles all round for three of SureCare’s dedicated home care teams across the country, as homecare.co.uk once again announces the recipients of its Top 20 Home Care Awards.
For the fourth year in a row, our service providers at SureCare Rugby & North Warwickshire and SureCare Newcastle & North Tyneside have been named among the Top 20 rated home care services in their respective regions of the West Midlands and the North East.
Having also received the accolade in 2019, 2020 and 2021, these services demonstrate their consistency in delivering effective care to people throughout their local communities. What’s more, it’s not just about the quality of care given but also the compassionate and friendly approach that care workers take when carrying out support services.
In addition to these branches, SureCare North Leeds is named as a Top 20 provider in the Yorkshire region for the third time, following their previous successes in 2019 and 2021. With so many different care providers across the country, SureCare operators often find themselves in a highly competitive field. Reaching the top 20 of all care providers within a specific region is a remarkable achievement for us all to be proud of.
How it works
Like many SureCare operators, our teams in Rugby, Newcastle and North Leeds are registered with review website homecare.co.uk to receive valuable feedback from their service users. Satisfied clients rate and comment on the care they receive and on the dedicated individuals providing these vital services. Each year, homecare.co.uk compiles all the stats and figures from thousands upon thousands of reviews to find the top 20 home care providers in each region of the UK. At the time of the awards’ announcement, both SureCare Newcastle and SureCare North Leeds have average ratings of 9.9 out of 10 based on customer reviews and feedback, whilst SureCare Rugby proudly boasts a perfect score of 10 for its services.
Whether reviews are submitted by service users themselves or by friends and family on their behalf, SureCare operators are judged on numerous factors. These include the overall standard of service from care staff, the quality of care carried out, and even value for money.
