SureCare Bracknell & Farnborough is dedicated to providing outstanding home care of the highest quality. The care and support we provide is designed to ensure our clients live independently in their own homes with dignity and respect.
We are currently looking to recruit caring professionals as care workers, to deliver compassionate home care services in and around Bracknell, Farnborough, Camberley, Chobham, Virginia Water and Wraysbury.
If you have professional experience in providing care we would love to hear from you! We also welcome applications from those without any previous care experience, as we will provide you with all the training and support you need to become part of our highly valued team. If you have experience in hospitality, retail or a customer service role you will find you have valuable transferable skills which will enable you to become an outstanding care worker.
What You’ll Get
- Competitive salary which increases after successfully completing a three-month probation period
- Excellent rates of pay:- £12.50 per hour; bank holidays at time and a half; Christmas Day and New Year’s Day at double time

What does being a care worker with SureCare Bracknell & Farnborough involve?

Key Points
- One years’ care worker experience preferred but is not essential
- Education to GSCE or equivalent preferred
- Fully comprehensive and ongoing training with regular mentoring
- Full learning and development programme including access to NVQ (RQF) Level 2 and 3
- Exciting opportunities for career progression
- This role is not eligible for working remotely

About SureCare Bracknell & Farnborough
We have opportunities for full-time and part-time care workers for early, late, day, night and weekend shifts – in fact something to suit most people. Full clean valid driver’s licence and own transport is preferred or access to a bicycle. Walkers will be accepted dependent on area.
Position will be subject to satisfactory enhanced DBS check, references and the right to work in the UK.
