At SureCare Brent & Barnet, we aim to provide care, assistance and support in ways that have positive outcomes for all of our clients, whilst promoting and encouraging their active participation. We regularly review the services we provide to ensure that we are successfully meeting the needs our of service users and achieving their aims and objectives. We also encourage feedback from our clients, their relatives, friends and representatives.

Our person-centred approach to care allows us to provide tailor-made care and support packages that contribute to the overall health and well-being of our clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences. In order to meet our clients’ individual needs, we at SureCare Brent & Barnet ensure that a full care needs assessment is completed by our experienced staff and a detailed plan of care is agreed. We also seek to ensure that our clients’ needs are thoroughly re-assessed as often as required, so that the care and support provided has the flexibility to respond to any change of needs. Through our services, we strive to assist our clients in maintaining their dignity and independence at home, as well as encouraging participation within our local community wherever possible.

SureCare Brent & Barnet has rigorous recruitment and in-house training procedures, allowing us to consistently provide high quality amongst our team of care professionals. All of our staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, and are regularly monitored and supported in their role. Full extensive training is provided, with career progression and personal development actively encouraged throughout. Through this, we strive to ensure that our services are delivered to the high and professional standard you’d come to expect from a nationally recognised care provider.

Ionuta-Geanina Matei

Ionuta is keen to establish SureCare Brent & Barnet as a respected and reliable provider of quality home care services within the local community. She firmly believes that providing care is rooted in compassion, dignity and empowerment, allowing individuals to be involved in decisions regarding the care they receive. It is also important to her to focus on delivering personalised care that goes beyond basic needs and strives to build genuine connections with those in our care.

Before launching SureCare Brent & Barnet, Ionuta has been a director for other businesses in the private healthcare sector. Her previous leadership roles have allowed her to develop her skills and expertise in managing care services, understanding client needs, and overseeing various business operations. This gives her a strong foundation to lead the way for a business that makes a positive difference in people’s daily lives.

Ionuta’s vision is for SureCare Brent & Barnet to be more than just a care business, but also a cornerstone of the community that actively engages with and supports local initiatives. Under her leadership and guidance, her ultimate goal is for this service to make a meaningful and positive difference in the lives of those we care for, as well as their family members and even the wider community.

Abigail has previously worked within various care settings, starting her career as a care worker and progressing to more managerial roles. Her extensive experience over the years has allowed her to gain a strong understanding of the importance of care in all aspects. From supporting individuals in their well-being to effective management of care services, her background demonstrates a strong foundation for leading a team of dedicated care workers.

As the Registered Manager at SureCare Brent & Barnet, it is Abigail’s responsibility to oversee the day-to-day operations of our care team and the standard of services being delivered. She aims to focus on key areas like client satisfaction, staff development and well-being, and regulatory compliance. Alongside this, she is keen to innovate and identify areas where processes can be streamlined and how our services can grow throughout the local community of Brent and Barnet.
