Our Care Services
Domiciliary Care
Home care (also known as domiciliary care) from SureCare offers a wide range of services to support individuals living in the comfort and security of their own homes. Receiving our home care services is a popular choice for many people, providing a preferable alternative to moving into a retirement complex or care home.
At SureCare, we operate teams of care workers up and down the country, so you can find a quality home care service near you that’s dedicated to supporting people of all ages and abilities. No two people or living situations are exactly the same, so we work with you to create a bespoke care package that meets your individual needs.
Live-in Care
In cases where a regular home care service may not be enough, live-in care from SureCare provides you with a more dedicated offering. Live-in care allows you to continue living independently in the comfort and security of your own home, while receiving professional support and assistance from a full-time live-in care worker.
Given the choice, more people say they would prefer to receive care at home as opposed to moving into a specialist care setting. While most home care services are carried out during regular visits, it’s often difficult to find a more dedicated, round-the-clock service. SureCare’s live-in care aims to make it easier for you to get the right level of care you require.
Respite Care
We know just how important it is for family carers to take a break every now and then, without compromising on continuity of care for their loved ones. At SureCare, we offer respite care services that can support those who provide care on an informal basis when they require some time away from their regular care duties.
Our respite care and holiday care services allow home care workers from SureCare to fulfil the regular care needs of an individual in their carer’s absence. This means hard-working full-time carers – such as a partner, sibling or child – can take a short break or a holiday, safe in the knowledge that their loved one is in good, capable hands.
Dementia Care
Having a loved one living with dementia can often be a difficult or distressing situation. Those affected by dementia may experience confusion, isolation and memory loss, which can be highly challenging and very emotional for family members to deal with.
Our care workers understand the daily difficulties that progressive neurological illnesses can bring. That’s why our approach to providing quality care involves keeping our care workers to a minimum number, so that continuity of care is maintained.
Complex Care
Complex care services help those living with a chronic illness, long-term injury or neurological condition. In such cases as these, the level of required daily support is usually more advanced than that offered by a standard domiciliary home care package.
Your loved one will be able to rely on the support of our care workers, who have the extensive training and years of health and social care experience to deal with a wide range of complex care needs.
Children's Care
For little ones who require extra care at home, SureCare has the experience to support children living with conditions like autism, epilepsy, or special needs, as well as those living with physical disabilities.
We know it can be difficult for parents and legal guardians when their children require extra help. That’s why our highly trained social care teams strive to make daily life easier, whilst also having a positive and lasting impact on the lives of young people.
