Newly registered home care services from SureCare Calderdale & Kirklees

Posted on 28 October 2020

Home care provider SureCare has recently arrived in the Calderdale and Kirklees area to provide quality home care services to people in their own homes at a time when it’s never been more important.

SureCare Calderdale & Kirklees is ready and raring to go, lending a hand to vulnerable people across the local community. Now fully registered with the Care Quality Commission – the independent regulator for health and social care in England – they will be able to provide personal care to individuals at home.

Business owner Parjeet Kaur Dua and the registered care manager are now on the lookout for passionate and enthusiastic care workers to join their team. They have been able to create capacity for around 20-30 jobs to meet growing care demands over the winter period and beyond.

SureCare will offer much more than typical elderly home care, with a complete range of services available to people of all ages and abilities. From providing childcare to supporting for adults with physical or learning difficulties, the team is committed to delivering flexible care that is as compassionate as it is professional.

Additionally, they will be able to provide tailored care packages based on an individual’s needs. This could include regular short check-ups, longer appointments or even a 24-hour live-in care service. Whatever assistance is required and whenever it’s needed, SureCare go above and beyond to offer the best possible support.

Owner Parjeet has spoken of her delight that SureCare Calderdale & Kirklees is now registered with CQC.

“Our aim is to provide support to our service users in a person-centred way, which has positive outcomes for them, actively engaging them in their participation.”

She continued: “To ensure that our service users receive the very best care, we will regularly review our operations and actively seek the feedback of our carers and service users, their family and friends; ensuring that any concerns are promptly acted upon.”

To help them in their mission, Parjeet and the registered care manager are embarking on a fresh recruitment drive to find compassionate people wanting to make a real, positive difference in their community. No previous experience in the care sector is necessary, as successful candidates will be given full training for the role.

The team at SureCare Calderdale & Kirklees are largely interested in applicants who can demonstrate the dedication and compassion needed to help others at all times. With these exciting job opportunities available, SureCare hopes to attract new care workers from all walks of life, especially at this time of uncertainty surrounding the jobs market.

Parjeet states: “We endeavour to provide each of our service users with a package of care that is based entirely around their health and wellbeing preferences. We also work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that their care is holistic and comprehensive in its approach. Our aim is to maximise our service users’ sense of independence and reach any goals they wish to achieve.”

“We are dedicated and committed to providing our service users with exceptional quality care and are eager to welcome new service users on board.” With her belief that “independence never grows old”, Parjeet and her team are sure to fulfil their mission in providing the best quality home care in their community.
