Team Leader
Overview
SureCare Chester is looking for a dedicated and passionate Care Team Leader to work across Chester and the surrounding areas. Previous 2 years of care experience is required.
The role of a Care Team Leader
As a Team Leader, you would be one of the most valued members of our team. In addition to delivering the high quality care we are known for, you would also be meeting and assessing new service users, completing client reviews and risk assessments, identifying and dealing with any queries that may arise and report to the office. You would also be responsible for supervising, mentoring and carrying out spot checks on field staff, ensuring that our high standards are maintained at all times and adhered to code of conduct and companies values and ethos.

SureCare is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and all of our care workers and care staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance.
The ideal candidate…
- Must have NVQ/QCF L2 and/or L3 diploma in Health and Social Care
- Must have at least 2 years of care experience in health and social care sector
- Must hold a UK full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to communicate information and develop individuals to improve their knowledge and skill set
- Continually look to improve customer satisfaction and minimise customer dissatisfaction
- Maintain effective relationships with field staff, colleagues and key stake-holders to ensure the effective and safe delivery of services
- Good IT and communication skills
- Participate in our ‘on-call’ and ‘back-up’ during out of hours
