SureCare Doncaster is a franchise of SureCare Community Services Limited owned and operated by Surecare (Doncaster) Ltd.

SureCare Doncaster aims to provide care, assistance and support in ways that have positive outcomes for our customers whilst promoting and encouraging their active participation. Everyone must have options available to them to remain at home.

SureCare Doncaster examines our operations constantly to ensure that we are successfully achieving our stated aims and objectives. SureCare Doncaster encourages feedback from our clients/service users, their relatives, friends and representatives.

SureCare Doncaster aims to provide a tailored package of care and support that contributes to the overall health and well being of its customers whilst incorporating individual needs, preferences and choice. SureCare Doncaster will work in partnership with other services and professionals to support our customers in maximising their full potential by promoting independence and, wherever possible, participation within our local community.

Before SureCare Doncaster can deliver services and in order to meet our customers needs, we ensure that their requirements are thoroughly assessed. SureCare Doncaster also ensures that their individual needs and preferences are thoroughly assessed and reassessed frequently, and that the care support provided has the flexibility to respond to any changing needs or requirements.

To provide quality services, SureCare Doncaster is fully committed to delivering high quality services and continuous improvement systems in the level of care, assistance and support offered to our customers.

When employing a quality workforce, the standards for our managers and staff are based on the Government legislation set in the National Care Standards for the care industry. The term ‘client/service user’ is sometimes used to refer to individuals living in the community who, through age, physical or mental impairment, or disability, require a support service in order to enable them to live independent and fulfilled lives.

Our Leadership Team

SureCare Doncaster is operated by Caron and Michael Oldreive.

About Caron and Michael

Caron is the Registered Manager of SureCare Doncaster. She previously had sixteen years’ experience working in the care sector which included the role of registered manager in two residential care homes. Her qualifications include the Registered Manager Award, NVQ Level 4 Care and NVQ Level 5 Management.

Caron established SureCare Doncaster in 2005. She developed the business with a consistent emphasis on maintaining quality services, and establishing a good reputation and positive relationships with both service users and social care professionals.

Michael was employed in the prison service, but was active in supporting the growth of the business in the early years. This included developing a full range of in house training which he presented to the care staff at the company premises. Michael took the opportunity of early retirement from the prison service and became fully involved as a director/business manager at SureCare Doncaster in 2016. His qualifications include a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management.

As Michael says, “When Caron started the business in 2005 I really felt passionate about SureCare, and I still feel absolutely committed and positive about the services we provide in the community. Both Caron and I have reached a stage in life where we can fully appreciate the value of assisting service users to maintain their quality of life and independence in their own homes.”

About Our Team

Stephanie Wharton – Care Manager
Stephanie works with our registered manager to implement and maintain systems and procedures which ensure delivery of a high quality service. Stephanie is responsible for staff training and development, and maintaining quality assurance standards.

Paula Knott – Care Co-ordinator
Paula produces our rotas and ensures continuity of service in the community. Her engagement and positive communication with clients, staff and healthcare professionals contributes to our delivery of safe, effective and reliable services.

Katie Dennett – Administrator
Katie has a range of responsibilities in communications, administrative systems and operational support.
