Our Support Services are extremely popular and cover a variety of tasks that fall outside of traditional regulated personal care services.
From additional help around the home to running regular errands, we pride ourselves on our flexibility to deliver an extra helping hand wherever it is needed. Away from the home, our staffing solutions and commercial cleaning services also aim to support other local businesses. Our Support Services
Household Support
Our Household Support services aim to help you with various domestic tasks and chores. These include cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, general household maintenance, and running regular errands aimed towards those with limited mobility around the home.
Our services are tailored to you and your unique situation, and can be delivered as a standalone service or used in conjunction with a home care package.
Childcare
SureCare can support busy parents with a range of childcare services from babysitting to flexible wraparound care during school or nursery days. Our staff are available for a range of childminding situations at home or on location to provide a helping hand, either on a regular or ad-hoc basis.
Our unique mobile crèche service is also available to create a safe and fun supervised space for functions, events and businesses.
Pet Care
We know just how much a beloved pet can really mean to someone, and how it can be a struggle to be away from them during the day. Our pet care services aim to help you with dog walking and house sitting to look after your four-legged friends when you’re not around.
Our staff can also be available to regularly check in on your cats or small caged animals at home whilst you’re away on holiday.
Commercial Cleaning
Our cleaning services aren’t just confined to personal homes. We can support a range of businesses and community spaces with regular cleaning and maintenance.

Staffing Solutions
We know the care sector is facing difficulties in staff recruitment and retention. Our Staffing Solutions can assist fellow care providers at times when their staffing levels are low or to cover a leave of absence.
SureCare staff receive extensive, regular training and can be placed within an established care setting to provide continuity of care when necessary.
