SureCare East Surrey & Sevenoaks is a franchise of SureCare Community Services Limited owned and operated by Surrey & Kent Home Care Ltd.
At SureCare East Surrey & Sevenoaks, we aim to provide care, assistance and support in ways that have positive outcomes for all of our clients, whilst promoting and encouraging their active participation. We regularly review the services we provide to ensure that we are successfully meeting the needs of our service users and achieving their aims and objectives. We also encourage feedback from our clients, their relatives, friends and representatives.
Our person-centred approach to care allows us to provide tailor-made care and support packages that contribute to the overall health and well-being of our clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences. SureCare East Surrey & Sevenoaks also strives to work in partnership with other services and health professionals, maximising the full potential of those we support.

In order to meet our clients’ individual needs, we at SureCare East Surrey & Sevenoaks ensure that a full care needs assessment is completed by our experienced staff and a detailed plan of care is agreed. We also seek to ensure that our clients’ needs are thoroughly re-assessed as often as required, so that the care and support provided has the flexibility to respond to any change of needs. Through our services, we strive to assist our clients in maintaining their dignity and independence at home, as well as encouraging participation within our local community wherever possible.
SureCare East Surrey & Sevenoaks has rigorous recruitment and in-house training procedures, allowing us to consistently provide high quality amongst our team of care professionals. All of our staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, and are regularly monitored and supported in their role. Full extensive training is provided, with career progression and personal development actively encouraged throughout. Through this, we strive to ensure that our services are delivered to the high and professional standard you’d come to expect from a nationally recognised care provider.

Gaj Muraliidaran
Gaj and Usha share a passion for making a positive difference in people’s lives. As the demand for care services continues to grow, they established SureCare East Surrey & Sevenoaks to help provide vital support services and daily living assistance. Both Gaj and Usha recognise that every individual is unique, requiring their care services to take a flexible and tailored approach.
Before launching SureCare East Surrey & Sevenoaks, Gaj has previously worked in a variety of settings helping the homeless, people with mental health issues, and individuals who have experienced violence and exploitation. Gaj feels the challenges he has encountered over the years have strengthened his abilities in providing emotional support, problem solving, and the need to ensure a safe space for vulnerable people. He has learned to navigate complex situations with resilience and resourcefulness, whilst maintaining a holistic and empathetic approach.

Usha Ramuppillai
Usha comes from a background in team management and she is highly experienced in getting the most out of the team of staff that she leads. In addition to this, she has first-hand experience as a foster carer for vulnerable children. Her unique insights in both leadership and understanding complex care needs make Usha ideally placed to oversee operations at our SureCare branch.
Both Gaj and Usha aim to uphold SureCare’s core values of providing care services with independence, respect, dignity, trustworthiness and reliability at their heart. Together they are determined to see SureCare East Surrey & Sevenoaks as much more than just a business, but as a real chance to make a meaningful difference in the local communities.
Registered Manager
Tracy Dankert
As the Registered Manager of SureCare East Surrey & Sevenoaks, Tracy brings 20 years’ experience to the role having worked in a number of different care settings, supporting people from all ages and walks of life. These include people living with learning disabilities, dementia, challenging behaviours, physical disabilities, and complex care needs like spinal or brain injuries to remain in their own homes and live as independently as possible.
Before working in the care sector, she has also worked as a security manager.
Alongside her BSC Honours Degree in Health and Social Care through the Open University she also holds a level 5 Diploma in Leadership for: Health and Social Care & Children and Young People’s Services
Tracy’s primary goal is for SureCare East Surrey & Sevenoaks to become the leading home care provider within the local communities.
Tracy aims to achieve this by putting the needs of our clients at the heart of everything we do. Tracy is very passionate about providing consistently reliable, responsive, and safe care. Tracy also aims to recruit and retain a team of dedicated care professionals who are trained and supported to the highest possible standards. Leading these care professionals to deliver care that will respect and support clients as they would their own family members.
