SureCare Fylde & Wyre

Providing quality care services for all stages of life’s journey

About SureCare

SureCare Fylde & Wyre is a franchise of SureCare Community Services Limited owned and operated by Macmace Limited.

SureCare Fylde & Wyre formed in 2017 and is registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission to provide care to adults within their own homes through our Domiciliary Care services. We aim to provide care and support for people who may be unable to wholly look after themselves for a variety of reasons.

SureCare Fylde & Wyre works alongside SureCare Preston & South Ribble, which has been providing award winning home care for over 20 years. Both branches are owned and run by the same experienced team, providing an exceptional level of service.

We are committed to developing positive person-centred support to people so they can lead the fullest possible life within the community and maintain important social links.

We offer ways to develop positive life styles for people with innovative ways of working and linking with other agencies that can provide strong circles of support. We can work with people who require specialised staff support due to their complex needs, and believe that our training and development and the skills of our management team can build high end service support for our clients.

Why choose SureCare Fylde & Wyre?

We will give you support to help you remain living in your own home for as long as it is safe and practical to do so, with reassurance that your entire individual needs will be catered for. You are important to us and we aim to ensure that your rights as a person are observed.

Independence: Assist and encourage people with their daily living tasks by working together.

Privacy: All staff should ask permission from the person before commencing any type of support.

Partnership: We work with other professionals, families and carers to improve the lives of each person we provide a service for. Good communication between all concerned is paramount.

Choice: Each person has a right to make their own choices.

Dignity: People no matter who they are deserve to feel respected.

Respect: We support people in their beliefs.

Rights: People we provide a service to have a right to have a say in the way they are supported.
