Before SureCare Harrow & Watford can deliver services and to meet our clients’ needs, we ensure that a full care needs assessment is completed by our experienced staff and a detailed plan of care is agreed. SureCare Harrow & Watford ensures that our clients’ needs are thoroughly re-assessed as often as required to ensure that the care and support provided has the flexibility to respond to any change of needs.

We have a rigorous selection process that includes personal interviews, reference checks and enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance to ensure only the best care workers join our team. Our staff are regularly monitored and supported in their role to ensure we have the highest calibre of care workers who provide our clients with the best care possible.
