SureCare Havering is a franchise of SureCare Community Services Limited owned and operated by Havering Quality Care Limited.
At SureCare Havering, we aim to provide care, assistance and support in ways that have positive outcomes for all of our clients, whilst promoting and encouraging their active participation. We regularly review the services we provide to ensure that we are successfully meeting the needs our of service users and achieving their aims and objectives. We also encourage feedback from our clients, their relatives, friends and representatives.
Our person-centred approach to care allows us to provide tailor-made care and support packages that contribute to the overall health and well-being of our clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences. SureCare Havering also strives to work in partnership with other services and health professionals, maximising the full potential of those we support.

In order to meet our clients’ individual needs, we at SureCare Havering ensure that a full care needs assessment is completed by our experienced staff and a detailed plan of care is agreed. We also seek to ensure that our clients’ needs are thoroughly re-assessed as often as required, so that the care and support provided has the flexibility to respond to any change of needs. Through our services, we strive to assist our clients in maintaining their dignity and independence at home, as well as encouraging participation within our local community wherever possible.
SureCare Havering has rigorous recruitment and in-house training procedures, allowing us to consistently provide high quality amongst our team of care professionals. All of our staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, and are regularly monitored and supported in their role. Full extensive training is provided, with career progression and personal development actively encouraged throughout. Through this, we strive to ensure that our services are delivered to the high and professional standard you’d come to expect from a nationally recognised care provider.

About Michelle and Laura
Both Michelle and Laura have first-hand experience of how effective care can enhance an individual’s quality of life, having helped to provide care for a close family member living with dementia. Inspired by other members of their family who have volunteered and worked in health and social care, Michelle and Laura now embark on supporting the local community as they operate SureCare Havering and manage a team of care workers.
Coming from a background in education, the pair are also highly experienced when it comes to supporting and nurturing the development of others. They are committed to running a business that helps people to lead independent lives within the comfort of their own homes. As a family-run business, Michelle and Laura believe that SureCare Havering should provide care services of a high quality and standard – a standard that they would be happy to see their own family and friends receive.
The duo recognises SureCare as a leading home care provider that is trusted and respected nationwide. With support and care sector expertise behind them, they chose to launch their own SureCare franchise to achieve success as a responsible care provider. Through their operations at SureCare Havering, Michelle and Laura aim to deliver quality care services, retain high standards and help service users to feel happy, safe and well-supported.

Registered Manager
Rosie Horan
Rosie has over 16 years of experience working in the care sector, starting as a support worker in a care home and working her way through various other roles over time. Shortly after she began working in domiciliary care, she was promoted to Care Coordinator, taking on responsibilities like mentoring other care workers and managing rotas. She soon became Deputy Manager and then CQC Registered Manager, taking the service from a ‘Requires Improvement’ to a ‘Good’ rating under her leadership.
She firmly believes that a leader should encourage and support staff to be the best versions of themselves at work. Whilst ensuring staff receive regular training and guidance, Rosie is responsible for overseeing all of SureCare Havering’s operational elements to maintain regulatory compliance and drive the business forward. It is also important to her to be as hands-on as possible in meeting with new clients and understanding their care needs.
Rosie aims to continue expanding on her knowledge and experience within the care sector, alongside striving to provide the best possible levels of service. In joining SureCare Havering, she feels her personal values align with our overall mission to support those most need of our support. Achieving and maintaining a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ CQC rating is her primary goal and she is determined to work hard towards it.
