Director

Dipti Patel

SureCare Hillingdon is directed by Dipti Patel with the support of her partner, Sagar a business professional with multi-faceted business experience. Dipti has two teenage daughters who are currently in full-time education.

Some time ago Dipti took a career break to become a full-time carer to her late husband and during this time she became much more aware of the invaluable role of a good Home Care Provider. This has given Dipti a first-hand insight and understanding of what is required to be a good care worker and the importance of providing a quality led service with compassion, understanding and patience as the core values.

Dipti passionately believes that everyone deserves the highest quality of care and is committed to providing this in her local community.

Registered Manager

Temitope Owolabi

I would like to introduce myself, Temitope Owolabi, Registered Manager of SureCare Hillingdon.

My journey in the healthcare sector began over 13 years ago as a junior carer with a passion for providing high quality care to individuals who required help or assistance.

Since those early days I have built a career in the care sector, undertaking many roles from care worker to more senior positions before being appointed as registered manager. I have also gained experience of working in a number of healthcare settings and with a variety of client groups who required care.

I have no regrets about my career, which has given me the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life and from different ethnic backgrounds. However, more importantly, I have been able to deliver care services to people within the local community which has allowed them to remain living in the comfort of their own homes.

My journey so far has been enriching, and as the registered and training manager I am delighted to be able to give people the opportunity to embark on such a rewarding career, impart knowledge, develop skills and shape plans to deliver a high standard of care to the local community.

In my spare time I enjoy travelling, good food and football – I’m an Arsenal fan.
