We regularly review the services we provide to ensure that we are successfully meeting the needs our of service users and achieving their aims and objectives. We also encourage feedback from our clients, their relatives, friends and representatives.
Our person-centred approach to care allows us to provide tailor-made care and support packages that contribute to the overall health and well-being of our clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences. In order to meet our clients’ individual needs, we at SureCare Hounslow & Ealing ensure that a full care needs assessment is completed by our experienced staff and a detailed plan of care is agreed. We also seek to ensure that our clients’ needs are thoroughly re-assessed as often as required, so that the care and support provided has the flexibility to respond to any change of needs. Through our services, we strive to assist our clients in maintaining their dignity and independence at home, as well as encouraging participation within our local community wherever possible.
SureCare Hounslow & Ealing has rigorous recruitment and in-house training procedures, allowing us to consistently provide high quality amongst our team of care professionals. All of our staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, and are regularly monitored and supported in their role. Full extensive training is provided, with career progression and personal development actively encouraged throughout. Through this, we strive to ensure that our services are delivered to the high and professional standard you’d come to expect from a nationally recognised care provider.

About Chandrima
Chandrima launched SureCare Hounslow & Ealing to bring a range of quality care services to people across these two boroughs. As a national brand, SureCare has a proven track record in delivering care and supporting staff with expert training, and Chandrima is dedicated to bringing this professionalism to support local communities in Hounslow and Ealing.
Before establishing branch operations at SureCare Hounslow & Ealing, Chandrima previously supported the healthcare sector with clinical recruitment, finding specialist staff members for hospitals and care homes. This experience means she knows exactly the right qualities to look for in a care worker and this will help her to build and maintain a strong team here.
In addition to this, she has a strong background in the legal sector and is an accomplished businesswoman. Chandrima’s business acumen demonstrates her suitability in leading the way at SureCare Hounslow & Ealing. She will keep on top of the day-to-day challenges like business development and growth, whilst striving to ensure our clients receive exceptional care services.
