At SureCare Merton & Wandsworth, we aim to provide care, assistance and support in ways that have positive outcomes for all of our clients, whilst promoting and encouraging their active participation. We regularly review the services we provide to ensure that we are successfully meeting the needs of our service users and achieving their aims and objectives. We also encourage feedback from our clients, their relatives, friends and representatives.
Our person-centred approach to care allows us to provide tailor-made care and support packages that contribute to the overall health and well-being of our clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences. SureCare Merton & Wandsworth also strives to work in partnership with other services and health professionals, maximising the full potential of those we support.

In order to meet our clients’ individual needs, we at SureCare Merton & Wandsworth ensure that a full care needs assessment is completed by our experienced staff and a detailed plan of care is agreed. We also seek to ensure that our clients’ needs are thoroughly re-assessed as often as required, so that the care and support provided has the flexibility to respond to any change of needs. Through our services, we strive to assist our clients in maintaining their dignity and independence at home, as well as encouraging participation within our local community wherever possible.
SureCare Merton & Wandsworth has rigorous recruitment and in-house training procedures, allowing us to consistently provide high quality amongst our team of care professionals. All of our staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, and are regularly monitored and supported in their role. Full extensive training is provided, with career progression and personal development actively encouraged throughout. Through this, we strive to ensure that our services are delivered to the high and professional standard you’d come to expect from a nationally recognised care provider.

About Walter and Khin
Walter and Khin launched SureCare Merton & Wandsworth to deliver high quality home care services to people in the local community. Together, they have a long-term vision to build a legacy that will provide professional care that will benefit not only people today, but also future generations.
Both Walter and Khin have a range of diverse skills from working in IT and the film industry respectively. Together they have brought their own unique skillsets to the care sector, after their own personal experiences of family members receiving care at home. In the past, they have felt that the care provided to their loved ones was unsatisfactory and could have been greatly improved at the time. This experience encouraged them to launch their own home care provider, determined to learn from the mistakes of other providers they had dealt with before.
Having joined SureCare’s national franchise network, Walter and Khin aim to deliver high quality care through a range of available services. They both understand the importance of extensive training for our care workers and they strive to lead a team of compassionate care professionals. With support from SureCare’s national head office, Walter and Khin aim for SureCare Merton & Wandsworth to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients, with empathy and dignity in mind.
