Purpose of the position

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly environment in assigned areas, which may include offices, residential buildings, or public spaces. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the premises are welcoming and safe for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and well-maintained.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure they are streak-free.
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels in restrooms and other areas.
• Handle minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, reporting leaks, or other necessary repairs.
• Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning products and equipment according to instructions.
• Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed within the designated time frames.
• Report any damages, hazards, or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition.
• Adhere to confidentiality and privacy standards, particularly in sensitive or private areas.
• Work cooperatively with other team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Basic understanding of English, both written and spoken, to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Work Schedule

Shifts vary based on the needs of the facility, with both full-time and part-time positions available.
