SureCare Northampton is a franchise of SureCare Community Services Limited owned and operated by Everkind Ltd.
At SureCare Northampton, we aim to provide care, assistance and support in ways that have positive outcomes for all of our clients, whilst promoting and encouraging their active participation. We regularly review the services we provide to ensure that we are successfully meeting the needs our of service users and achieving their aims and objectives. We also encourage feedback from our clients, their relatives, friends and representatives.
Our person-centred approach to care allows us to provide tailor-made care and support packages that contribute to the overall health and well-being of our clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences. SureCare Northampton also strives to work in partnership with other services and health professionals, maximising the full potential of those we support.

In order to meet our clients’ individual needs, we at SureCare Northampton ensure that a full care needs assessment is completed by our experienced staff and a detailed plan of care is agreed. We also seek to ensure that our clients’ needs are thoroughly re-assessed as often as required, so that the care and support provided has the flexibility to respond to any change of needs. Through our services, we strive to assist our clients in maintaining their dignity and independence at home, as well as encouraging participation within our local community wherever possible.
SureCare Northampton has rigorous recruitment and in-house training procedures, allowing us to consistently provide high quality amongst our team of care professionals. All of our staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, and are regularly monitored and supported in their role. Full extensive training is provided, with career progression and personal development actively encouraged throughout. Through this, we strive to ensure that our services are delivered to the high and professional standard you’d come to expect from a nationally recognised care provider.
Our Leadership Team
About Marie and Luc
Looking after their own parents in later life, Marie and Luc have become more and more aware of the growing need for home care services in the UK today. Together, they have established SureCare Northampton to expand on their knowledge of the care sector and make a real difference in people’s lives.
Before launching SureCare Northampton, Luc has worked as a maths teacher while Marie comes from a background working in the retail and brokerage sectors. As they aspired towards supporting others in their daily lives, they set up their own childcare business together, which Marie has now been running for several years. Luc has also embarked on developing his experience and is currently studying finance and investment.
Marie and Luc aim to put kindness and compassion at the core of their operations at SureCare Northampton. Alongside their highly trained team of care workers, their mission is to deliver care that they would be happy for their own loved ones to receive. Together, their ambition is to grow as a provider by understanding and improving the needs of those requiring our help – particularly amongst the older generation.
