SureCare North Leeds & Harrogate is a franchise of SureCare Community Services Limited owned and operated by Surecare North Leeds Limited.
At SureCare North Leeds & Harrogate, we take a very personal, caring and sensitive approach to providing high quality home care services. As part of the nationwide SureCare family, our extensive range of services in home care allow us to bring compassionate and dedicated support to people from all walks of life in our area.
We take a flexible approach to our services, so that our customers have as much control over their care as possible. This means that we can provide additional support when it comes to things like hospital discharges, social inclusion, companionship and well-being checks at any time, day or night.
We start off by offering an initial consultation and needs assessment, which allows our team to get to know you and your specific care needs. Our consultation and assessment are completely free of charge, taking a load off your mind in the early stages. From there, we carry out a simple five-step process to guide you from the first point of contact to the beginning of your care package.
Our Home Care Team
Unlike other home care providers, we don’t outsource our services to agency workers to solve staffing issues. Instead, our dedicated recruitment team ensures that we have sufficient care workers available to carry out our own care services smoothly.
All SureCare workers are trained to our own unique standard thanks to our in-house trainer. This means that all of our staff keep up to date with the latest knowledge and best practices in home care quality and regulations.
Additionally, we conduct annual appraisals and have an open door policy for our workforce. This allows anybody within the SureCare North Leeds & Harrogate team to meet with our managers and directors and discuss whatever’s on their mind. Whether they wish to raise any concerns or suggest possible new ideas, we’re always happy to have a chat.
Frequent training is given on an ongoing basis, with regular spot checks conducted under regular supervision. This is how we ensure that every member of our care team remains focused on delivering the best possible service to each of our customers.

We always perform to a high quality standard, which is reflected in our most recent CQC inspection results. We achieved a ‘Good’ rating in all five areas of compliance, and we’re committed to continue delivering a high standard of home care as we aim towards an ‘Outstanding’ rating in our future inspections.
On top of our dedication to home care services, we also like to go the extra mile to support local charities and causes within the community. In the past we have helped to raise money for Marie Curie and volunteered to feed homeless people at St George’s Crypt.

About Manjinder and Karun
Manjinder brings a wealth of business knowledge to SureCare, with many years of experience successfully running his previous retail businesses. He has a unique ability to drive a client focused business in the right direction, ensuring each client receives a quality service.
Karun, who has a degree in Business Management and Marketing, brings creativity and implements his caring mentality to the business, to ensure the delivery of care is always kept person-centred. Combined they share a genuine sense of responsibility to provide the best tailor made service for their clients.
The decision to enter the SureCare family came following personal experience of caring for loved ones, with family ownership being at the heart of this business. Karun and Manjinder work closely with the Registered Care Manager to ensure we provide a full and comprehensive service to our customers every time.
SureCare North Leeds have embedded into their ethos, the importance of focusing on providing the highest quality care and support to their clients, to enable them to remain living at home independently, whilst also helping to improve their quality of life.
