Nope, they’re not joining the ambulance team… but they are definitely displaying why they are a reliable and genuinely caring care company!

SureCare North Leeds have a set of values which set them apart from others. These values are trialled and tested regularly, and with a team as determined as SCNL’s, its no surprise that these values are only getting stronger. Reliable, punctual, honest are just some of the words which come to mind when thinking about their team.

Due to these values combined with fine in-house organisation, SureCare North Leeds were able to ensure that their client was in company of a carer immediately, at a time of need. It was a time of action when the HQ of SureCare North Leeds received a call regarding a client who had been staying in a care home recently. The call informed the office team that this client is likely to be admitted to hospital, however the family of the client were away, over 150 miles away. At the time, they were uncontactable due to poor service.

‘We Genuinely Care…’ three words which are on the website of SureCare North Leeds, and the team went on to prove it as they gelled together to re-shuffle rotas, allowing a carer to have time to attend A&E at St James Hospital in Leeds, immediately. This was all done within 40 minutes. The carer arrived and greeted the ambulance crew and our client. The carer, fully trained and SureCare North Leeds very own, Katelyn was on hand to reassure our client, to accompany him through the various stages of his hospital visit and kept updating the office team so that their clients family had a live feed of updates.
