As SureCare North Leeds goes from strength to strength, the team have identified the need for a bespoke care service in our area.

This first came to light by the teams constant and rigorous market research which goes in-depth, to highlight any weaknesses in care services, in particular areas. It soon became apparent that SureCare’s tailor-made services will benefit the residents and the local authority, as well as bringing the added benefit of creating jobs for the local area!

A recruitment campaign was successfully implemented which attracted a high number of applicants. A team was sent out from the Leeds branch to meet and greet applicants, and to put them through a thorough interview.

There’s one thing that will not be compromised at SureCare, and that’s the calibre of care workers that are recruited. Whether one has experience or no experience, the team at SureCare know exactly what to look out for when identifying individuals who show the potential of being a quality Care Worker.

SureCare’s in house training programme allows our latest care workers to benefit from learning new skills and knowledge. For those with experience, the training course is an opportunity to fine tune their skills, and develop what they already know.
