About Us
About SureCare
SureCare Oxfordshire is a franchise of SureCare Community Services Limited owned and operated by SAM Partnership Ltd.
At SureCare Oxfordshire, we are proud to be a family run business providing domiciliary, live-in and respite care.
Our office team collectively has over 50 years’ experience in domiciliary care and all live in the local area. This level of knowledge and understanding of our community is invaluable in enabling us to find the best solution for each individual service user. We are trusted by families and have contracts with the NHS and local authority to provide assistance in people’s own homes.
We perform rigorous screening to find the best, most reliable and compassionate and caring care workers, regularly training them and updating their skills to ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of all of our service users.

Our Dedication to Care
SureCare Oxfordshire manages our care workers so you don’t have to. All employees have a full enhanced DBS check for your protection. We typically only hire 1 in 10 applicants and check their references and legal right to work documentation. We interview them and assess their honesty, kindness and competencies.
The team are all experts in their field. We pride ourselves on being a family business and want to run things differently to other agencies. We have a five year old and toddler twins, as well as a very friendly and waggy, black labrador who is often in the office. We put people first and are building a brilliant reputation locally for being a great employer and a great care provider.
All of our care workers undertake the Care Certificate. This is the gold standard for care workers. We teach and observe their ability to perform under the 15 standards identified by CQC and Skills for Care, Health Education England and Skills for Health. Our qualified trainer covers off the following elements to equip all of our care workers with a robust induction into social care:
Understand your role
Your personal development
Duty of care
Equality and diversity
Work in a person-centred way
Communication
Privacy and dignity
Fluids and nutrition
Awareness of mental health, dementia and learning disabilities
Safeguarding adults
Safeguarding children
Basic life support
Health and safety
Handling information
Infection prevention and control
