At SureCare Peterborough, we aim to provide care, assistance and support in ways that have positive outcomes for all of our clients, whilst promoting and encouraging their active participation. We regularly review the services we provide to ensure that we are successfully meeting the needs of our service users and achieving their aims and objectives. We also encourage feedback from our clients, their relatives, friends and representatives.
Our person-centred approach to care allows us to provide tailor-made care and support packages that contribute to the overall health and well-being of our clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences. SureCare Peterborough also strives to work in partnership with other services and health professionals, maximising the full potential of those we support.

In order to meet our clients’ individual needs, we at SureCare Peterborough ensure that a full care needs assessment is completed by our experienced staff and a detailed plan of care is agreed. We also seek to ensure that our clients’ needs are thoroughly re-assessed as often as required, so that the care and support provided has the flexibility to respond to any change of needs. Through our services, we strive to assist our clients in maintaining their dignity and independence at home, as well as encouraging participation within our local community wherever possible.
SureCare Peterborough has rigorous recruitment and in-house training procedures, allowing us to consistently provide high quality amongst our team of care professionals. All of our staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, and are regularly monitored and supported in their role. Full extensive training is provided, with career progression and personal development actively encouraged throughout. Through this, we strive to ensure that our services are delivered to the high and professional standard you’d come to expect from a nationally recognised care provider.

About Mohammad and Amena
Both Mohammad and Amena have a passion for supporting others. Their previous experiences in running successful businesses led to them establishing SureCare Peterborough, where they aim to provide daily living support and assistance. Together, they aspire to address the rising demand for care by developing their range of quality care services in the Peterborough area.
Mohammad and Amena are no strangers to leading their own businesses. They have considerable experience operating within both the food industry and in property maintenance. Amena also has a background in finance and accounting, whilst Mohammad has worked as an operations manager in the local council. Their combined experiences over the years have given them a vast range of skills and knowledge, that is ideal for managing a team of dedicated care workers.
At SureCare Peterborough, Mohammad and Amena hope to make a positive impact with compassionate and reliable care services. They fully believe in the importance of supporting others who need extra help in their daily lives. Through this, it is their mission to ensure that individuals throughout the local community receive high quality care that is consistent and provides satisfaction and fulfilment for all involved.
