At SureCare Redbridge & Epping Forest, we aim to provide care, assistance and support in ways that have positive outcomes for all of our clients, whilst promoting and encouraging their active participation. We regularly review the services we provide to ensure that we are successfully meeting the needs of our service users and achieving their aims and objectives. We also encourage feedback from our clients, their relatives, friends and representatives.
Our person-centred approach to care allows us to provide tailor-made care and support packages that contribute to the overall health and well-being of our clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences. SureCare Redbridge & Epping Forest also strives to work in partnership with other services and health professionals, maximising the full potential of those we support.

In order to meet our clients’ individual needs, we at SureCare Redbridge & Epping Forest ensure that a full care needs assessment is completed by our experienced staff and a detailed plan of care is agreed. We also seek to ensure that our clients’ needs are thoroughly re-assessed as often as required, so that the care and support provided has the flexibility to respond to any change of needs. Through our services, we strive to assist our clients in maintaining their dignity and independence at home, as well as encouraging participation within our local community wherever possible.
SureCare Redbridge & Epping Forest has rigorous recruitment and in-house training procedures, allowing us to consistently provide high quality amongst our team of care professionals. All of our staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, and are regularly monitored and supported in their role. Full extensive training is provided, with career progression and personal development actively encouraged throughout. Through this, we strive to ensure that our services are delivered to the high and professional standard you’d come to expect from a nationally recognised care provider.
Our Leadership Team
About Michelle and Shane
Shane has successfully managed a bond operation in the city of London for the last 20 years. He met Michelle at a charity event in aid of multiple sclerosis (MS), which she was hosting and raised more than £7,000.
Michelle, at the time, owned a shop in Hertfordshire where she regularly held charity events for the homeless. She developed her passion for helping others after being involved in the care for a close friend, Alex, together with his parents. At the time Michelle felt there were insufficient resources within Alex’s reach for the care that he truly deserved.
Sadly, Alex lost his battle with MS and it was then Michelle set about giving vulnerable people in the community the help they deserve. Her mission from that day on has been to ensure she did her utmost to make a difference to the many people that need assistance.
