SureCare Rugby & North Warwickshire is a franchise of SureCare Community Services Limited owned and operated by SureCare Rugby & North Warwickshire Limited.
SureCare Rugby & North Warwickshire aims to provide care and support services which meet positive outcomes, focusing on our clients’ individual needs. We emphasise on promoting independence and encouraging active participation, whilst ensuring the highest quality of service is delivered to all of our clients.
Before SureCare Rugby & North Warwickshire can deliver services and in order to meet our clients’ needs, we ensure that a full care needs assessment is completed by our experienced staff and a detailed plan of care is agreed. SureCare ensures that our clients’ needs are thoroughly re-assessed as often as required, to ensure that the care and support provided has the flexibility to respond to any change of needs.

Our Leadership Team
About Michelle
Caring has been a major part of Michelle’s life. She has looked after her 19 year old son Adam since he was born prematurely with cerebral palsy quadriplegic.
After seeing her son receive various standards of care over the years from different providers, she felt her son deserved better and decided to turn what she has learnt into a business and become a SureCare franchisee.
In September Michelle, will open the SureCare Rugby & North Warwickshire franchise and has plans to grow it to 30-50 carers over the next 18 months and to offer 800-1,000 hours of care a week.
Michelle says: “I’ve worked in the automotive industry for many years as a business development manager. After a successful career delivering excellent service, building and retaining long lasting customer relationships, I decided to turn my skills to the care sector, as it is so close to my heart. I explored various options and decided to go with a franchise provider.
“I was drawn to SureCare after being impressed with the diversity of services on offer – from childcare and elderly care to looking after people with disabilities. It’s a modern and progressive agency with the same passion and drive as me.
“Looking after my son has given me the motivation to create a business that delivers the standard of care you would want – and expect – for your loved ones. I’ve had some lovely caring people helping me with my son and I have seen what a difference it makes when you find the right match between the care worker and the client.
“My team will have a passion for their work, vetted and trained to the highest standards and we are determined to deliver the best possible care for our clients.”
