At SureCare Stoke-on-Trent, we aim to provide care, assistance and support in ways that have positive outcomes for all of our clients, whilst promoting and encouraging their active participation. We regularly review the services we provide to ensure that we are successfully meeting the needs our of service users and achieving their aims and objectives. We also encourage feedback from our clients, their relatives, friends and representatives.
Our person-centred approach to care allows us to provide tailor-made care and support packages that contribute to the overall health and well-being of our clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences. SureCare Stoke-on-Trent also strives to work in partnership with other services and health professionals, maximising the full potential of those we support.

In order to meet our clients’ individual needs, we at SureCare Stoke-on-Trent ensure that a full care needs assessment is completed by our experienced staff and a detailed plan of care is agreed. We also seek to ensure that our clients’ needs are thoroughly re-assessed as often as required, so that the care and support provided has the flexibility to respond to any change of needs. Through our services, we strive to assist our clients in maintaining their dignity and independence at home, as well as encouraging participation within our local community wherever possible.
SureCare Stoke-on-Trent has rigorous recruitment and in-house training procedures, allowing us to consistently provide high quality amongst our team of care professionals. All of our staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, and are regularly monitored and supported in their role. Full extensive training is provided, with career progression and personal development actively encouraged throughout. Through this, we strive to ensure that our services are delivered to the high and professional standard you’d come to expect from a nationally recognised care provider.
Our Leadership Team
About Lily
Lily has always had a strong entrepreneurial drive and was inspired to launch a home care business after her own personal experiences of care. Whilst recovering from a number of operations, she relied on the support of close family members to provide essential daily care. Recognising that not everyone is fortunate to have a support network like this, Lily joined forces with SureCare to bring vital care services to the community in Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas.
Having previously worked in the banking sector for almost 20 years, Lily is an experienced Chartered Company Secretary and Governance professional. She has also served as the Chair of Governors at a secondary school. With her accomplished background, she has developed key skills and knowledge in critical thinking and effective management of important institutions. Lily strives to combine this experience with her compassion for others, in order to provide high quality services across the local community.
Lily firmly believes that delivering care is one of the greatest ways to make a valuable contribution to society. With SureCare Stoke-on-Trent, she aims to lead a team of people who are passionate about delivering quality care to our service users. It is Lily’s determination to provide compassionate services that treat our clients with dignity and respect, while tackling the epidemic of loneliness the country faces today.
