Good CQC rating at SureCare Wycombe & Chiltern

After starting up operations just over a year ago, SureCare Wycombe & Chiltern is proud to share the impressive results they recently received from their initial CQC inspection.

With all of SureCare’s personal care services regulated by the Care Quality Commission, each of our franchise operators is routinely inspected on a frequent basis. This ensures that all of our local providers maintain consistency in their care and customer service standards across the country.

Operators at the Wycombe & Chiltern branch completed their CQC registration in December 2017 and the team have been building a strong reputation in the community ever since. With their inspection taking place earlier this month, staff at the branch have been able to show how operations there run smoothly, effectively and in a caring manner that puts service users first.

The overall outcome has been a “Good” rating in all areas of inspection: safety, effectiveness, care, responsiveness and leadership. A large part of this great result comes from the dedication and hard work of the Registered Manager, who is responsible for making sure that processes run properly from day to day.

We assisted the CQC representatives during their inspection and provided additional information about SureCare Wycombe & Chiltern where necessary. Alongside this, we demonstrated our daily activities, which include managing office staff and care workers, keeping track of recruitment and training processes, and ensuring all clients get the best level of service possible.

Director of Operations for SureCare Wycombe & Chiltern, Mandeep Atwal, said “we are extremely proud to have received this Good rating.”

He also went on to thank the branch’s care staff, whose dedication and commitment to providing the highest possible care have been a real asset to SureCare Wycombe & Chiltern.
