At SureCare Salford & Manchester, we aim to provide care, assistance and support in ways that have positive outcomes for all of our clients, whilst promoting and encouraging their active participation. We regularly review the services we provide to ensure that we are successfully meeting the needs of our service users and achieving their aims and objectives. We also encourage feedback from our clients, their relatives, friends and representatives.
Our person-centred approach to care allows us to provide tailor-made care and support packages that contribute to the overall health and well-being of our clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences. In order to meet our clients’ individual needs, we at SureCare Salford & Manchester ensure that a full care needs assessment is completed by our experienced staff and a detailed plan of care is agreed. We also seek to ensure that our clients’ needs are thoroughly re-assessed as often as required, so that the care and support provided has the flexibility to respond to any change of needs. Through our services, we strive to assist our clients in maintaining their dignity and independence at home, as well as encouraging participation within our local community wherever possible.
SureCare Salford & Manchester has rigorous recruitment and in-house training procedures, allowing us to consistently provide high quality amongst our team of care professionals. All of our staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, and are regularly monitored and supported in their role. Full extensive training is provided, with career progression and personal development actively encouraged throughout. Through this, we strive to ensure that our services are delivered to the high and professional standard you’d come to expect from a nationally recognised care provider.

Mohammad Umair
Mohammad has a deep-rooted passion for helping others, particularly those who require additional assistance in their everyday lives. With the support of his care team, he aims to deliver quality care services and show clients that SureCare Salford & Manchester is the best choice for personal care and assistance at home.
Before opening SureCare Salford & Manchester, Mohammad worked in contracted transport for almost 10 years, providing safe and reliable transport for children with autism and those living in care homes. There he supported people young and old with transport to and from school, as well as on trips and fun days out.
When Mohammad helped his close family members in providing end of life care for a relative, he realised that – unfortunately – not everyone has a similarly close-knit family support network. This experience inspired Mohammad to give something back to the local community and help those dealing with any daily struggles.
Mohammad says: “Helping others gives me joy and I thrive on making people happy and smile.” This emphasises his mission to strive towards providing high-quality home care services in the local community and for SureCare Salford & Manchester to be known as a safe, reliable and trustworthy service for all.
