SureCare Swale is a franchise of SureCare Community Services Limited owned and operated by Kent Care Ltd.

At SureCare Swale, we aim to provide care, assistance and support in ways that have positive outcomes for all of our clients, whilst promoting and encouraging their active participation. We regularly review the services we provide to ensure that we are successfully meeting the needs of our service users and achieving their aims and objectives. We also encourage feedback from our clients, their relatives, friends and representatives.

Our person-centred approach to care allows us to provide tailor-made care and support packages that contribute to the overall health and well-being of our clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences. SureCare Swale also strives to work in partnership with other services and health professionals, maximising the full potential of those we support.

In order to meet our clients’ individual needs, we at SureCare Swale ensure that a full care needs assessment is completed by our experienced staff and a detailed plan of care is agreed. We also seek to ensure that our clients’ needs are thoroughly re-assessed as often as required, so that the care and support provided has the flexibility to respond to any change of needs. Through our services, we strive to assist our clients in maintaining their dignity and independence at home, as well as encouraging participation within our local community wherever possible.

SureCare Swale has rigorous recruitment and in-house training procedures, allowing us to consistently provide high quality amongst our team of care professionals. All of our staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, and are regularly monitored and supported in their role. Full extensive training is provided, with career progression and personal development actively encouraged throughout. Through this, we strive to ensure that our services are delivered to the high and professional standard you’d come to expect from a nationally recognised care provider.

Lisa and Rejue Khalique

Lisa and Rejue launched SureCare Swale to help vulnerable people in the local community who rely on regular care services. With home care services rising in demand and growing pressures on the wider social care sector, they both felt that running a home care business would help to make a difference to lives of people across the borough of Swale.

Before establishing SureCare Swale, Rejue has previously run his own small business in vehicle sales, giving him a firm understanding of the key principles of business management. More recently, he has been operating as a lorry driver, helping to deliver gas to lots of different clients, including elderly and vulnerable people. This was one of the driving forces behind launching a business in home care, to provide daily assistance for the people who need it most.

Meanwhile, Lisa has worked for 6 years as a manager for Royal Mail. In leading a team of around 60 staff members every day, she has developed her personal and professional skills, including: effective staff engagement, managing customer queries, scheduling, audit management, and keeping on top of compliance and legal obligations. One of the most valuable lessons Lisa has learned over the years is that a strong team is one that works well together. She believes that ensuring staff members feel comfortable and respected in their working environment is the best way to provide a better service for clients.

Both Lisa and Rejue aim for SureCare Swale to stand out from other local care providers, and to be known throughout the borough for going above and beyond. Together, they will lead a team of care workers whose approach to delivering care will be to support and respect clients in the same way they would wish for their own family members. Through this, SureCare Swale strives to provide the care and quality of life our clients deserve.

Director & Registered Manager

Stephanie Kew

Stephanie began her career in care in 2012, starting as a care assistant before gradually progressing to more senior roles. She achieved her Level 3 National Diploma in Health and Social Care and has been managing a team of care workers for several years. As she now works towards a Level 5 National Diploma in Health and Social Care Management, she is keen to lead a strong team as the Registered Manager at SureCare Swale.

Amongst her goals and ambitions for the business, Stephanie plans on guiding a team of care workers with efficiency and care compliance at the core of everything they do. Through effective communication and diligence in her role, she strives for SureCare Swale to provide daily support that cares about the well-being and satisfaction of every single client. Stephanie has high hopes for our services to aim for an ‘Outstanding’ CQC rating and to never achieve anything less than ‘Good’.
